 Cross members 4” Hi-tensile JR I beam on 12” centers

 Exterior wall sheets, 10 GA hot rolled sheet, formed

 Interior wall sheets 3/16" steel plate

 Dump style tailgate with air operated tailgate release and spread chains

 Door frame 5" x 3" x 3/16" steel tube

 Exterior door sheet, 10 GA hot rolled sheet formed

 Interior door sheet 3/16" steel plate

 Front sheet 3/16" steel plate, formed

 Floor 1/4” steel plate

 Rear post 3/16" steel plate, formed

 Landing gear (wheel mount) 6” x 3” x 1/4” steel tube

 Side boards 2" x 10" fir

 Wheels

 5” standard pipe with 1-1/4” extra heavy pipe hubs and 1-3/16” cold rolled shaft

 All wheels have full length hubs for axle support and mount to the landing gear cross member

with 3/8” formed steel plate

 Welding

 Inner and outer floor seams, front and rear wall seams and inside top rail seams are continuous

welds

 Painting

 Two coats of epoxy primer on all exterior surfaces

 Two coats of poly urethane top coat in any single colour

Note: Body measured by floor length – add approximately 1ft for overall length
